The "Botanical" print is composed of different varieties of exotic flowers, classified as in a botanical inventory and painted with great detail in tempera, arranged on a slate background to highlight each petal and every element of their taxonomy. Among the selected specimens are examples of American raspberries, the Barbados peacock flower, the green bellflower and eucalyptus.
