"Floral" print shirt blouse

The "Floral" print is created using collage techniques, arranging and gluing different cutouts of glossy paper in various color combinations. Floral compositions are scattered across the textures of each fabric. Voluptuous garlands of camellias, daffodils, peonies, pansies, and chrysanthemums are arranged on a black, terracotta, and dark blue background, referencing the austere and theatrical floral paintings of the Dutch and Spanish Golden Ages.
